I've finished watching Ozark on Netflix. Now what?
Watching TV and scrolling social media is not helping me feel better any more. I'm tired of reading news about the Coronavirus and want something a bit more meaningful to pass the time while I'm in quarantine.
Scrolling through social media is getting old.
I've seen all of the memes about Coronavirus, I have answered some of the quizzes on Facebook, and I have seen every ad for face masks on Instagram. I'm not sure how much longer I can keep this up. I want a more intentional focus right now.
I've been putting pressure on myself to live a "normal" life.
Life is different now but I find myself holding myself to the same standards. I am more stressed, anxious or feeling a sense of uncertainty. I have been needing to feel more empowered and validated that my best is good enough.

Meet Your Coaches
Gwen Holtan
A former WFH (Work From Home) corporate marketer, now Gwen is a WFH nutrition coach. Gwen has helped hundreds of clients create positive change in their eating habits by helping them eliminate the "all or nothing" mindset when it comes to food and dieting.
This picture of Gwen was taken on Day #1 (March 19, 2020) of the 'Stay in Place' order while she was traveling in California on a cross-country road trip. Her trip was cut short but she was able to make it to her sister's house which was only five hours away. She's still there.

Emily is a therapist and career & leadership development consultant. She helps people “get unstuck,” particularly as they face major life transitions and challenges; helping others live their most authentic life. Leah Casey
Leah has a degree in art therapy and believes that physical and mental health can be improved through exercise and nutritious foods. Leah is a nutrition coach for Beyond the Box Nutrition as well as a CrossFit coach for kids, the developmentally disabled, and adults.
Leah is also a talented artist who believes that everyone can use art therapy as a coping mechanism during difficult times.
