You are finding it harder to sustain the daily habits that work for you.  Maybe you have even tried multiple times over the last few months to “get back on track”with your food and working out.

You are trying to manage more things than ever before.  You may be homeschooling children, you may have lost money in your investments, you might be struggling because your gym is closed and you don’t know how to workout at home or you don’t have the space.  Whatever “it” is, you are feeling it real hard.

Maybe you just need to get back to some of the healthy habits that were a part of your daily routine just a few months ago. You don’t know where to start or you are feeling so overwhelmed or you don’t want to start because you don’t know if you’ll be able to continue.  This doesn’t feel good.

The Reclaim Yourself Program is NOT a weight loss challenge.  

The focus will be about creating healthier habits.

We’re keeping it simple because simplicity and ease are two things that have been missing in your life for at least the last few months.  

You will choose:

  • one lifestyle habit -  exercise/movement, sleep, stress management, self-care, etc., and 
  • one nutrition habit - water intake, vegetable servings, increasing protein intake, minimizing alcohol consumption, etc. 

You will relentlessly work on creating a habit with many different techniques so that you have the confidence and knowledge to change habits any time you wish! 

Small habit changes can eventually lead to transformational results.  

30-days of coaching you will learn:

  • How to plan ahead for moments, events, and interactions that are keeping you from taking care of yourself
  • You will learn to prioritize self-care and your health so you can do your best every day (spoiler alert: your best will, and should, look different every day)
  • You will find comfort and reassurance from a supportive community and coach
  • You will identify who you want to become so you can feel more in control 
  • You will focus on small wins and tiny habit changes that can lead to true transformation over time

Meet Your Coach

Beyond The Box Nutrition Co-Founder, Gwen Holtan will guide you through 30 days of individual and group coaching support.  You will have some form of communication and support every day for 30 days.

1 Personal Coach

Gwen will be your coach for 30 days. You have access to her via Slack (messaging app)

You will speak with Gwen on the phone at the beginning to select your habits and once at the end to assess what's next

A 15-minute micro lesson followed by a 15-minute Q&A session on how to create and execute healthy habits. You can ask any questions about nutrition and health
