Coach Gwen will lead you through the course…

Gwen is passionate about helping her clients lose weight and loves helping them find ways to increase their self-compassion, and trust in themselves while going through their weight-loss journey. 

Gwen has been there! She has struggled with dieting in the past, just like you. Gwen tried low-carb diets, low-calorie diets, The Cabbage Soup Diet, and many more. It wasn't until she worked with a nutrition coach that she was finally free from highly restrictive diets that made her miserable. Today, Gwen enjoys her beloved chocolate and treats without gaining weight or feeling guilty. 

Gwen has been a Certified Nutrition Coach for 5+ years and has helped hundreds of people transform their bodies and lives. Gwen's two goals for her clients are that they reach their weight loss goals and feel confident and resilient enough to manage food and nutrition independently by the end of the Living Lean Mastery program.

An 8-week group online weight loss program that teaches you everything you need to know. 

  • Self-paced learning so you can review the online modules when it's convenient for you. You'll even have access to the modules after the program. When updates are made, you'll get those too!
  • Weekly one-hour Zoom group coaching calls with Coach Gwen
  • Online private communication channel via for all participants. Coach Gwen will be there, too. She will share inspiring messages, provide supplemental education, and answer any questions
  • Two 30-minute private calls with Coach Gwen

What's included in Living Lean Mastery?

Why losing weight has been hard and how to make it easier!

You'll finish this module with a clear vision of your future self and how to start seeing progress in your first week. You will be tracking your food in the My Fitness Pal app to make things easier. You will follow a personalized calorie goal to set you up for success.

What and how much to eat for lasting results?

You'll finish this module knowing what to eat and how much to eat to get and maintain your results. You will learn the forgotten key to maintaining weight loss and how to ensure you keep the weight off. Diet breaks and flexible dieting are two keys to success. Coach Gwen will show you how to make dieting easier.

MINDSET: Don't believe everything you think!

You will learn how your thoughts and beliefs about food, dieting, and body impact your ability to reach your weight loss goals. You'll learn to shift your mindset in the areas holding you back. You'll finish this module with renewed hope that you can succeed.

Food Is Everywhere. What and how to eat when you're not at home.

You'll finish this module knowing how to navigate the grocery store, your kitchen, restaurants, business meetings, vacations, and celebrations.

HABITS: Not all habits are "bad." You'll learn how to leverage your good habits. 

You'll finish this module with 10 habit development techniques for weight loss and all other areas of your life. You'll also learn how to set realistic and attainable goals for habit change that will keep you motivated.  You'll learn the four principles to making habit change easier.

It's More Than The Food 

You'll finish this module with a clear vision of the other factors affecting your ability to lose weight and which factors are most vital for you to address other than food. Prepare to have your mind blown because you will learn the most crucial lesson of successful weight loss in this module. HINT: It has nothing to do with food or exercise.

What to do if you "get off track" or lose motivation.

You'll finish this module knowing how to "get back on track" when something in life "happens." Work, kids, and stressful life events can make eating healthy challenging. You'll learn   how to "get back on track."

Maintaining Your Results

You’ll finish this module knowing exactly what you need to do to maintain your weight loss. You will learn specific strategies that will put you at ease, so you never have to struggle with weight loss again! You will have more compassion for yourself and gain confidence and trust in yourself, too.
