You get the supportive group atmosphere of other busy professional women as well as the individual coaching, attention, accountability, and support from working one-on-one with Sheena or Gwen!

Either Sheena or Gwen will be your individual coach throughout the 8 weeks.

You'll meet over the phone with your coach once a week to discuss your individual needs. These calls are key to your success in the program!

Group Zoom Calls 

Weekly (EFFICIENT) calls lead by Sheena and Gwen. The curriculum is designed to educate you on the importance of habits, nutrition, hormones, sleep, stress, and self-care. Zoom calls will be recorded for those who can't make it live!
