I live to work. I'm really good at my job, but there's never enough time left over for me. I'm beginning to forget what a having a social life feels like!

I spend my weekends catching up on work from the previous week or trying to get ahead for the next week. It's an exhausting game I can never seem to win.

Finding the time and motivation to exercise is hard. When I actually do want to exercise I usually get pulled into a meeting or get stuck working on a project instead. I'm tired of putting my body last on my list of priorities.

Included in the program:

One-one-one coach. Either Sheena or Gwen will be your individual coach throughout the 8 weeks.

Weekly calls. You'll meet over the phone with your coach once a week to discuss your individual needs. These calls are crucial to your success in the program.

Bi-weekly (4 total) group zoom calls lead by Sheena or Gwen. The group call topics will follow a curriculum designed to educate you on the importance of habits, nutrition, hormones, sleep, stress, and fat loss. We'll also include practical application tips so you can start implementing new practices into your daily life. Zoom calls will be recorded for those who can't make it live!

Supportive private group facebook page for Queen Bee members only! Share wins, strategies, recipes, ask questions, and get all the support you need from an awesome group of like-minded busy professionals!

Facebook group weekly live Q&A. We'll gather your questions ahead of time and go live in the group to answer them. Interaction will always be encouraged!
