Overnight Oats

(makes 1 jar- scroll down for 3 more variations)

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup almond, coconut, or dairy milk

½ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla works pretty well)

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

Pinch of salt

Optional ingredients:

Sweetener of choice - honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.

1-2 Tbsp. nut butter of choice

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar (or glass container) & mix. 

Then get creative with toppings! Add whatever fruits or nuts you like.

Store in the fridge overnight. Can be kept in the fridge for 3 days. 

 

FLAVOR VARIATIONS

 

ALMOND BLUEBERRY

60g blueberries

10g toasted or raw almonds

Dash of almond extract

 

ALMOND BANANA CHERRY

50g banana or about ½  (stir this into the basic recipe)

Dash almond extract

10g dried cherries

10g almonds

1 tsp agave

 

BANANA COCONUT

½ banana (or about 50g)

1 Tbsp coconut

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp honey

Chocolate chips (optional)
