This course teaches you how to lose weight without any extreme and restrictive diets you may have tried. This course will provide the following:
✨ We'll talk mindset!🧠 Do you know that a fixed mindset and your thoughts and beliefs about food might have stopped you from making lasting change?
✨You will learn to keep your favorite foods and some🍷 and still lose weight. Flexibility and fun are part of the plan.
✨ You'll know what to eat, how much to eat for your goals, and how to maintain weight loss once you hit your goal. 🔥
✨ I'll be providing weekly 1-hour Zoom calls 🧑💻 to answer any questions you may have.
✨ You'll be part of a private Slack community where you can communicate with other participants, and Coach Gwen will be there, too! More coaching opportunities, and you are part of a tribe of other women on the same journey as you. 💃
✨ You'll get two private 30-minute sessions with Coach Gwen any time you like and to talk about whatever you like 😊
